Dean is a Senior Account Executive at Salesforce.com, an enterprise cloud computing company. He spends most of his day working with clients to help them leverage technology to enable them to help their clients, partners, and communities that they serve. But outside of work, he is a father and a role model, and would like to contribute any way that he can to the betterment of his community.
“I live in the Etobicoke/ Weston area, close to the Junction, and I consider myself to be acutely aware of some of the major concerns of the community. Transportation, community safety, access to services for disadvantaged, at risk, and senior communities are all items that are top of mind in my neighborhood.”
On the greatest risk Dean has ever taken: “Career wise, it would have been changing my career path by leaving the non-profit/ government sector in the mid 1990sand moving to the high technology and software sector. I am fortunate to have worked with some of the leading technology leaders in the industry – IBM, Microsoft, RIM, and now Salesforce.com. It’s now my turn to give something back.”
